The Adventures of Lunar Coyote is the coming together of singer/songwriter Nic Mars and renowned composer and Steely Dan arranger Gary Blu. Together, with the support of the Boxcar Rhythm Section, Nic and Gary navigate the multi-layered landscapes of the Americana/Grassroots and Alternative Folk genres. Their debut CD "The Humble Deeds of Tumbleweeds" explores the many musical fields and sub-genres that constitutes Americana music. It doesn't take long to hear and  recognize the many influences of the artists who forge and move American folk music, country music and acoustic rock n roll. Nic's songwriting and Gary's arrangements form a cohesive and heart-felt representation of the music they love.
